This herbal is the only supplement that lowers my rest bp. I also do yoga which has helped my stress levels. The ashwaganda gives a slight calming effect and helps me sleep well.

Where western medicine has failed us, herbal medicine has not. This supplement is a little on the pricey side, so i may experiment with some other supplements before taking it long term. They help with my hot flashes i don't get them as bad now!

Horrible mood swings, but thankfully no hot/sweats. As you can see what they delivered is different than what their picture says as advertised.
