Stand is top heavy but thet include a couple double sided tape pads that solve the problem. You will need to use the sticky pad or stick your pot on top of base.
The lamp is a perfect size for the top of my cabinet. It is very compact and affordable. I like that it is small enough to tuck anywhere.
A little elbow grease and a lot of cramming and it works. The telescoping rod makes it easy to adjust the height. I also like that the lamp has a telescopic ability.
Every day i have to manually turn it off at dinnertime as the timer doesn't work. It is incredibly flimsy and so poorly designed that it is top heavy and just keeps toppling over.
