Each of the 5 lights can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally. The arms are adjustable so it is great for multiple areas and lots of plants. And the arms are full range posable.

The timer is great the lighting is great. Only downsides are the timers are from the time you press them, and if you lose power, you have to start everything over.
