Ppfd is recommended for flowering. It produces good light that helps them sprout. I also have zucchini that is full of blooms.
It is so bright, but i think my cactus is liking it. It just amazes me how far lighting technology has come. At 6,000 lumens this light puts out about the same as 4-100 watt bulbs.
I also appreciate that it doesn't shine purple like so many plant light brands do.
This is a decent ultra-thin grow light with stepless dimming that can fit on those ikea cubic bookshelves. It has a dimmer switch on the cord and easy to adjust.

The bare aluminum back helpfully says do not touch when in operation. Put the unit down to inspect. There is perhaps a chance that i received a unit that was defective and shorting out.
Spider farmer lights are top of the line. Lamp is 120v. Roi power is 230v. The lights are quite warm but this is helpful in my un heated garage when temperatures dip, i run the lights 10 hrs a day.
