Light simulates natural sunlight which you can turn on any time of the day. This light is great on my nightstand where sunlight is lacking. The switch guides through three different light modes and ten levels of brightness.

The timer function works well, the options being 3, 9, and 12 hour modes. It’s also a usb plug so it's very universal. Only thing i’m not fond of is how easily it tips.

The tripod legs just flop around and collapse if you try to stand them up. There doesn't seem to be a way to lock them in place. Perhaps the one i got is defective?

The lamp is very easy to put together, and works just like i’d hoped. I see from reviews that several people have issues w burned out bulbs and one person is sure it's a 'cheap switch' it is sturdy and looks nice too.

I have very little natural light in my home and this lamp has helped my plants to perk up in just a couple of weeks. The adjustable arm lets me accommodate different size trees. The light is bright for ten plants and super easy to put together.

During summer, my hibiscus trees enjoy sunlight on my balcony. In the winter, they bloom profusely for most of the winter.

My only wish is for a classic/antique design rather than it's modern look. Very disappointing.
