The quinoa is good and cooks easily. I'm no quinoa connoisseur but it appears clean and tastes good. It makes a great sub for oatmeal in the morning as it is high in protein. Great flavor for all kinds of dishes.
Cooking the quinoa directly from the bag without rinsing it is wonderful. No need to rinse. It's prewash so it's ready to use.
Poorly packaged. It was spilled open inside of the box. There was quinoa everywhere. Ended up pouring remainder of the bag into the compost pile.

It's more flavorful than cous cous, but has a texture that is similar. Reasonably priced and great tasting.
Organic, single sourced, and from a responsible company. Gluten free and has a low glycemic index for those of us trying to consume good carbs instead of sugary, starchy foods.
It is easy to tear open and has a ziplock included. The bag is big, & resealable, and the one i received has an expiration of may 2021, so plenty of time to use.
Three pounds is a surprisingly large amount of quinoa, even for a family of four. Great product and savings when compared at the local supermarket.
The tri-colored is good until 2024, but the white expires in less than a month. A disgusting smell and taste after cooking. The only reason for it to be so bitter is that it is not pre-rinsed.
