The quinoa is good and cooks easily. I'm no quinoa connoisseur but it appears clean and tastes good. It makes a great sub for oatmeal in the morning as it is high in protein. Great flavor for all kinds of dishes.
Cooking the quinoa directly from the bag without rinsing it is wonderful. No need to rinse. It's prewash so it's ready to use.

It's more flavorful than cous cous, but has a texture that is similar. Tasted great and were very easy to prepare. Quinoa has a satisfying texture and sticks with me for hours.
It is easy to tear open and has a ziplock included. The bag is big, & resealable, and the one i received has an expiration of may 2021, so plenty of time to use.

It's gluten free and has a low glycemic index for those of us trying to consume good carbs instead of sugary, starchy foods. Overall this impresses me as a great whole grain.
The only reason for it to be so bitter is that it is not pre-rinsed. This pre-washed quinoa has a bad/strong flavor, which is what is supposed to be washed off in the washing process.
