Once you get used to the menu structure and navigation the unit is fairly simple to use. It took a little experimenting to figure out how to go through the different modes, and how to adjust color and edit the pictures.
Being able to save precious memories is priceless. It's really neat to salvage these pieces before age and deterioration take affect.
This gizmo is totally unable to yield anything close to a good image from 8mm or super 8 film. Scanned zero media with this and missed my return window. Most photos needed to be manually cropped in an external application to remove the tray.
Very disappointing. Returned it immediately. Epic fail. Do not buy this product.
