Both of us take organic brahmi powder bacopa monnieri. She in a mix of yogurt and me in the #1 capsule. Bacopa is an ornamental shrub in india. I use this occasionally instead of otc laxatives.

The price is really good, and the only thing i dislike is the lack of guidance or instructions on dosage. Came as described in a sealed bag.

It's kind of like eating a persimmon that’s not quite ripe. The quality seems to be good and 1 bag lasts me about 3 months.

It is not returnable or i would return it. The resealable bag is defective. There is no way option to contact seller, hence have to make it known here.
