The flat donut shaped lights emit a bright light beyond the plants that bother my eyes. They are bright and nicely dim as well. The heights of the light poles are also adjustable to accommodate your different sized plants.

These grow lights are perfect for tabletop plants. Make your plants the focal point of the room. Different light spectrums, brightness levels and timers.

Very annoyed. Look for other. These are absolute trash. From the looks of it, no customer support for replacement either.

The cable connecting to the plug is so fragile that the slightest bump resets the timer. Faulty electrical and inconsistent timers.
