Good customer service and a good supplemental light. Works exactly the way it was described very satisfied would purchase again in the future. Looking forward to seeing how my plants react to it.

The photo i uploaded from the product video is the part thats missing. Had to use duck tape to secure it.

The new model only has 1 fan and a plastic case. Possibly circuit overheating. No response from the seller. The second time i bought it, its plastic and the * are on different spots.
