Now i’m no audiophile but this system is just wow. Ever calibration works all the time, except when you place the rears out of the soundstage range. If you are looking for a room filling sound stage you may want to go with an avr.

The wireless subwoofer and detachable (and rechargeable) surround speakers transform the room quickly for movie nights and sporting events. The magnets that attach the true wireless sides are powerful.

Easy setup first of all. Easy set up and syncing with entertainment system. I am not tech savvy but it was pretty simple hooking it up after watching a few you tube videos.

To reiterate, the bass is amazing! The sub woofer is such great quality. The bass complements the sound and hits hard when it must!

The bar is nice and has a nice profile. It's nice but the drivers are a bit undersized for the price. There aren't many good atmos soundbars with legit wireless speakers. Had been for over 30years. Sonos arc, vizio elevate or samsung hw-q950t.

At times it has errors on which interrupt the sound. There is considerable hiss and static in the detachable surround speakers. A charge lasts for around 3 or 4 hours before they start to crackle and need to be charged.

Sometimes it simply stops working and my sound switches back to the tv. This is when it required pulling power to reboot it. If the soundbar is plugged in, it says load and no sound comes out of it.

A supervisor said he doesn't know when they will refund my money.

The arc has a noticeably fuller sound. It is a pure demo for the system to flex its muscles. The arc sound quality is very good but arguably not best in class.

The sound is very well balanced no need for subwoofer. I have the total system consisting of the arc, sub and sl1 surrounds. Excellent soundbar, sub, and surround speakers.

Sonos arc rarely ever works. The instructions on the sonos website are obsolete. I hope the government investigates these frauds.

When running surround tests there were no sounds bouncing from the sides for surround and nothing from atmos. Very ironic given the cost of the sound bar and subwoofer. Integrated music play is garbage - if you use spotify, etc.

Sonos beam has no remote and does not allow use of optical output. There are no controller setup options in the tv menu.

The app is clearly very buggy. It's just copy/paste bs that always starts with did you disable and re-enable the alexa skill? Awful software. I have only 2 items for s1, the rest are for s2, and it's an utter pain the *.

Very disappointed about this. What in the heck. What a bummer. This is very disappointing.
