Spearmint taste is refreshing, and while i don't brush my teeth to whiten them, i do think it helps. It cleans well, and has no fluoride. This toothpaste tastes and smells so fresh!

Flavor and freshness are not up to par; no minty fresh flavor. Horrible aftertaste makes this a bad purchase.
