The device had not undergone any form of renewal or quality check before being listed. My disappointment with this purchase is substantial. The phone is already in route back to amazon for a refund.

This is a work phone but it is very inconvenient to get thins unblocked. Huge mistake purchasing a renewed phone. If you enter a sim card, the phone doesn't work.

The new phone looks brand new. No scuffs or scratches. Not a scratch on it. Comes with android 13 already installed.
