My disappointment with this purchase is substantial. What a hassle. Poor customer service especially when it comes to their return policy.

This is a work phone but it is very inconvenient to get thins unblocked. The description says unlocked for all carriers, totally not true. It goes into sos mode repeatedly when there's no wifi.

Then when i tried to make simple phone calls, or facetimes, the people say they could barely hear me.
