A nice confirming beep is made when the charged battery is attached to the headset. They have extra care instructions on their website that are not included in the booklet. This is my third, and only really comfortable headset i've tried.

The back pad tends to slide up, and the ratchet doesn’t always work. They are so slippery the unit would ride up with the slightest movement.
