The 8 quart mixing bowl is a game changer for big batch jobs. The bowl guard is a great safety feature and extremely easy and non-intrusive to use.

Disappointment isn't the word. It only does it under a load.

Can't do 4 loaf worth of dough. Mixer sometimes makes weird sounds.
