It’s a little awkward to tighten the * the wrist with one hand, easier to release. The wrist strap is comfortably padded with out overdoing it.

Adjustment is as simple as can be. Just need to be careful and not haphazardly toss the strap in the bag with the camera. The fasteners at the end of the 1. Mm fastener works well. It’s also useful to remove the strap quickly for tripod work.

It goes snugly around the neck, or opened out a little and over the shoulder as a cross body strap. Easy to pop off with a flat head screwdriver. If you need to take off the strap, there are clips to make it easy to put back on.
