It’s not quality material and cheaply made. Monogram is a piece of velcro. I have a full blood maltese and went with what they suggested, but it was way too big.

The harness is sturdy; well-made and properly stitched. It's mesh and the blue color is vibrant.

The reflective elements are so minimal as to be almost useless. I wish a refund was available for the inferior product. I think that the blue one is defective.
