The metal parts are sturdy, but the plastic crossbars at the bottom are a little flimsy. While we dreaded pulling out our old one, this one is a breeze. It's very sturdy and stable.

Be sure to wipe the entire rack using a damp paper towel before using. It’s a huge step up from the accordion style air drying racks i was using before.

The frame is slightly bent whenever it folds down. The template is completely wrong so we installed it on our own with stronger hardware. The ikea rack is too close to each other.
