It's a medium weight, as in warm but not too heavy. The bee pattern is adorable and very visually appealing to her. It's super soft and snuggly. Basic blanket for a car seat in colder temperatures.

Our infant loves to bring this blanket up to her face and cuddle it. Our baby loves the nubby side since he is tetthing. It will definitely even be usable through her toddler years!

My sister and her husband use the blanket daily with my nephew. Got this for my newborn. One is just not enough we have three! This is the third homritar blanket we have purchased, one from target and two from amazon.

The king size is large enough for a bed or to cover a deep, 3-seater couch with room to spare. I like that it is a good size and drapes nicely on the sides of my king size bed. It is well made, all seams are finished.

The waffle weave makes for a more breathable coverup. These are very breathable. It's not so loose of a weave that you have to worry about loose strings catching and snagging.

It's not a soft cozy blanket persay, but it's also not rough and scratchy. The thickness and softness is just right. Had read review about roughness but loved color selection so tried it.
