The 200 watt heater is good enough for a 75 gallon tank that needs to be heated no more than 10 degrees above room temperature. Id recommend the 300 watt as it will run a lot less to heat the tank, thus lasting a lot longer.
This submersible water heater works great! The suction pads it came with work great to keep it in place. My only complaint is that it was a nightmare to get the suction cups to stick.
