It is not listed on the website of himalaya. However it appears that i quickly built up a tolerance and now it is not keeping my glucose in range.

Bladderwrack is another herb i discovered by watching youtube videos with dr sebi. Product is full of minerals. Got this for hubby.

I make my own capsules using the veggie caps. Works fair with v-8 juice. If you blend it in a smoothie, it's not as bad. It is easier for me to just put it in my mouth and * water to get it down.
