Natural supplement helps with anxiety within 30 min of taking. Anxie-t seems to make the prozac work better particularly towards evening time.

I am sensitive to many medications and hesitant to take anything as usually my body either has allergic reactions or makes me really drowsy. I take prescribed meds, which do work great and, zero side effects.

Really groggy, pounding headache. Only worked for 30 minutes. For those of us who have migraines or are headache prone, i recommend avoiding this particular supplement.
