Rechargeable batteries fit directly into wrist cuffs and provide 3 different heat strengths. A godsend with my raynauds. When i'm not actively shooting, i just curl my fingers up inside the mittens.
The cuffs (where the battery is held) are a little bulky, but what are you going to do? The glove portion seemed true to size. The placement on the batteries are in the best spot that doesn't effect her wrists and she loves the zipper pouch as well.

They wear the xs and s respectively. Works well for first time snowboarder. Still want to learn to land with fist closed & on sides. Wore them twice while snowboarding.

I wear a men's small dakine mitten with liner. My hand size is right on the cusp of large and x-large.
