Read the label (extract) must be from the ”leaves’. If one gets a bottle of the real gymnema and thinks more is better they will die. The capsules themselves smell horrible!

Gelatin is supposed to be odorless and tasteless. They also cause severe ringing in the ears, tingling and enlarged tongue. This company's quality control is pathetic.

These things are brittle trash. If your hands are a bit damp the capsule starts to dissolve.
