Really works at knocking down sugar in blood. Higher concentration mostly merits the price. Very pleasant however.

Ksm-66 ashwagandha is a standardized strength of extract. The quality and feel of the capsules are soft and nice. Takes a few days to feel effects but definitely helps after a while.
