Height is adjustable, as is the actual light part. Brightness is adjustable as well. The timer works perfectly.

It lives on my porch in the summer. During the winter, it moves into the house low level light. It's great for days when there’s not much sunlight. Works great for my indoor plants.

The product is a very easy to install. Both features are easy to use. It is an excellent product.

It now has 3 baby leaves and i feel vindicated in not giving up on it! I leave it on indirectly on my plants and the plants are thriving. Been working great and growing lettuce.

These lights are visibly red, and give off visibly red light. The grow lights were put about 12 inches from the flowers. Took about 1 week to get wilted; another week to turn brown.

This grow light is perfect for growing succulent plants in a dark room. It is also great for growing herbs in winter when sunlight is limited.

Very lightweight, somewhat flimsy. I believe this was causing the product to flicker and short. I wish if china is going to be our manufacturer of all things they would at least use decent durable components.
