Height is adjustable, as is the actual light part. Brightness is adjustable as well. The timer works perfectly.

It lives on my porch in the summer. During the winter, it moves into the house low level light. It's great for days when there’s not much sunlight. Works great for my indoor plants.

The product is a very easy to install. Both features are easy to use. It is an excellent product.

These lights are visibly red, and give off visibly red light. The grow lights were put about 12 inches from the flowers. Took about 1 week to get wilted; another week to turn brown.

The pictures make them look much longer and brighter than they really are. They were packaged well upon arrival.

The only draw back is you have to supply your own usb ac adapter. Some outlets and surge protectors have usb slots now. Provide a charging block.
