It heats extremely fast and evenly during cooking. Holds heat at an even temp. Easy to clean.
It cleans like a dream. Cleaned up very quickly with hot soapy water. The interior has a nice easy clean surface and the exterior as well.
The color of this pan is gorgeous. The teal shimmer color looks a little like metallic car paint from years gone by.
The bottom coating still scratches off.
