The short, puffed sleeves are hollowed out and so pretty. The ruffle edge lays nicely and doesn't look silly. I did miss that it said cropped in the description, so that's my fault.

Runs small and the sleeves are very puffy.

The collar is stiff enough that it won't be flopping around or losing shape. Wore this for my birthday weekend at a mardi gras ball.

To heavy for a cover up on a pink chiffon dress. Jacket is hideous. There wasn't one sequin on the jacket. Strings sticking out and uneven stitching.
