Stainless steel pan works perfectly on an induction burner. Solid bottom does an amazing job of heating up and then holding the heat. Easy to store and just wide enough to take up a full burner.
Quality materials and workmanship. It's pretty easy to clean, though not nonstick. It cleans as expected.
Glass lid is essential as you can see whether something is simmering or boiling or neither very quickly. Perfect for cooking individual hot pot for myself, soup or ramen. As for induction cooking, this is a dream come true.
It fits in my sink with a slightly tight squeeze, and i slightly dented in when i cleaned it for the first time. Lid fits snugly. I like these sizes, because we downsized, due to kids moving out of the house.
Falsely advertised as a “stay cool’ handle; however, it heats up to the sane temperature as the burning pot. Glass shards and chunks everywhere including the floor in front of the cabinet. Returning for a refund.
Original review is below the edit. It matches my 14” wok by the same manufacturer. The cover fits my 12” skillets perfectly. This one from amazon is exactly the same as the original.
The stockpot is well built. I love this pan so much that i scoured the internet to find another one. The 3-quart saucepan is fine.
Cleanup is a breeze, in the dishwasher or by hand. It's durable and super easy to clean.
After a few weeks of constant use, that nonstick ability quickly faded. The nonstick layer isn't as durable as product description says. I wish there would be a better and more durable coating of this pot.
