This blanket is super duper soft. It feels like chinchilla. It's the kind of sherpa material that clings to your skin.

It heats up quickly and it's soo toasty! My only complaint is i thought the controller had a digital display to select the time. I like that it has four temps to choose from with the 3-hour shut off.

The blanket itself is pure luxury that doesn't like flannel or get clumpy. Some heated blankets aren't soft on both sides but this one is. It gets very warm and the material feels so soft and luxurious.

The cord is long enough to use on the couch and in bed. I sort of donut wrap it around my midsection and it keeps me cozy. The fabric is clingy enough to keep from sliding off my lap.

The heat shuts off much sooner than the 3 hours mentioned in the description. Heats in certain spots only andamp; the highest settings feels like medium & medium feels like low.

The blanket lasted 4-5 months before catching on fire. There is also a giant sticker/warning label right on the front side of the blanket which imo is very ugly.

Even my jazzy girl loves it. It heats fast and the whole blanket gets warm, not just in certain spots like other heating blankets. The hot setting is very warm and toasty but not so much that i've ever had to worry about it overheating.

The cord is long enough to have the plug by my head, the controls by my hand & the blanket/cord connection at my feet. The controller is the best kind, fight me. The control is simple to use, and the cord releases easily for washings.

But this one was a no go.
