The body is made out of a sturdy, flexible, molded plastic. Super sturdy and very easy to use and maneuver.
The cart seems flimsy and wobbly. Some of the nuts and bolts were not milled properly. Bolt holes off by several millimeters, pipes not correctly bent.
Met all expectations. Convenient to get thru the house. Easy to put together. Easy storage. Easy clean up.
This is great for wringing out the mop without using hands to do it.
