This is good quality pau d'arco bark. On time and as advertised. I was impressed with the quality of pau d' arco.

Ginger, chamomile and lavender are great for zs. The bark from frontier is from the outside the tree and the results aren't noticable but this seems to be very good.

Product is less potent and inferior than in the past. Only received one 16 oz. It has less of the product in it than a tea bag in the whole 1 lb bag, which must be made up of fillers.
