The only problem is that this is so delicious i want to just * it and it almost defeats the purpose. Some people say some ghost products are under-dosed, but, they work for me.

The peach flavor is way better than what i was drinking before! It's pretty sweet and you might even want to dilute it more than 6-8oz for a scoop. This one is a good flavor and does taste like mango.

The 500mg electrolyte blend contains pink himalayan salt, magnesium oxide and potassium chloride. Coconut water powder and pink himalayan salt for hydration and recovery. It's very hot where i live and keeping hydrated is essential.

It is standard procedure for me to use a bcaa drink during my workouts. Great post workout/ recovery drink. Works out really well for me in my afternoon rest / lunch break.

The powder mixes and dissolves well. I like to add it to my protein for after my workout as well.
