Includes hardware and instruction booklet. Easy to assemble except for attaching the clear anti-collision poles to the fountain. Directions are all in pictures and just a little clumsy.

Motor keeps running even though there is no water to spout out the sprinkler head. Next day nothing. Sputters about a 2 spray on and off. Not working at all.
