The interface with the garmin explore website is too poor for as long as they have been at it. The garmin base camp app on the desktop has the same lousy look+feel. You can only zoom in far enough to see about half of my home state.

You have to buy a subscription to even function minimally. Overall, my cellphone does better for free.

Has a lot of useless junk on it that might account for the battery dying after only 4 hours use.

This model has a vibrate setting also. It has an audible, a vibration function and of course the shock function.

If used properly the dog is not being harmed. Doesn't irritate him at all, even snugged up. It is definitely effective, but i can see how overuse could easily turn abusive.

Very dissatisfied with this experience. The instruction manual is a travesty and i can't recommend this collar because of it. Having to watch for red, green and blue colors flashing or not flashing is so over the top unnecessarily complicated.
