Has helped so much with allergies, coat, inflammation & mobility. I also have frequent sinus inflammation and stuffy nose when i wake up. It has black pepper in it which is necessary for the absorption of turmeric.
The taste is so yummy. I mix it with almond milk & it tastes dood. My daughter loves it sprinkled on her pizza.

This does not have a turmeric taste to it. It tastes like watered down coconut water. This is the worst golden mylk product i have ever tasted.
