They need a better coating or something. They are even worse! Not a fan. Disappointed with spending the money.

The pill is too large and hard to *. A bunch of them were broken and couldn't be swallowed. Standing over the sink and coughing up lodged pills is not fun. Dextrose raises blood sugar.

It heals and reduced pain in 4 days after using it after i use it twice a day at least 4 drops every 12 hours. Occasionally i have issues with getting ear aches and this seems to help with the pain. A few drops and the pain is gone.
