I started taking ibuprofen to mask it and my journey told me i should try organic turmeric. Turmeric is a miracle! Tumeric pills helps with inflammation and pain relief.

They need a better coating or something. They are even worse! Not a fan. Disappointed with spending the money.

The pill is too large and hard to *. A bunch of them were broken and couldn't be swallowed. Standing over the sink and coughing up lodged pills is not fun. Dextrose raises blood sugar.
