The shape is great but the edges are too harsh. This gua sha came cracked. If you use it constantly it shows progression very slowly.

Construction feels sturdy. It’s stiff enough to place ample pressure and it maintains it shape. It's lightweight and roll very easily.

Rolling out the skin helps to relieve the numbness and bring it back to normal. I am also using a heating pad and some over the counter heating ointment. It is nice to have another way to achieve pain relief other than resorting to aleve/tylenol.

This works as a good massager just going up and down your back. Works as a deep massage on my sciatica and arthritic back. In conjunction with physical therapy for fractured right femur.
