The shape is great but the edges are too harsh. This gua sha came cracked. If you use it constantly it shows progression very slowly.

The rollers are knobbed, not spiky. Cheap, simple, and feels sturdy. It rolls easily.

My granddaughter has one and my wife tried it and had to have one. It works it out and relaxes that muscle into submission. It saves your finger when giving a massage to significant other.

It's hard to use because the wheels don't spin freely as anticipated. The individual spinning pieces are actually a hard plastic. Provides very minimal tension relief.
