Organic poppyseed is hard to find. I'm using a jar and a fresh-pak, but i think storing it like you would coffee grinds would be ideal. Great for gluten free lemon poppyseed muffins.

The seed tastes good. I'm pleased how it blends and tastes in the bread. These have a nutty, earthy sweet flavor.
