The fifine dynamic microphone is both xlr and usb-c compatible. The usb connection gives you the ease-of-use of usb with the benefit of upgrading to an xlr interface later. There is a tap-to-mute button on the top of the mic.

The build quality is okay it's sturdy enough. The construction is not fancy but it looks clean and minimal (compared to other mics) which fits my aesthetic.

At $80 this mic is phenomenal! It looks amazing! It really is the best all-in-one solution that doesn't cost a ridiculous amount of money. Price is affordable.

Very bad audio pick up even when using different mixers. Not sure if this is typical for this mic, or if mine is defective. Would not recommend super lightweight as well.

Shure sm 58 is the standard of the industry. It's also indestructible.

Sm58 is muddy, i. E. It is way too muddy. Could have also been a fake not sure. I'm returning the entire kit to amazon.

Whereas this mic that i bought here feels quite lightweight in comparison.
