Haven't ridden with it yet, but looks legit. Snugged down onto a 1 ram ball just fine. Fits the ford maverick just perfect to mount your gps in the cubby behind the info screen.
The swivel and tilt allows for side to side swivels. I commute 50 miles each way to work and this has been my favorite of all my tesla mods.
Cosmetic appeal, functionality, easy to install, excellent product. This is different then the pre-refresh it seems so they need update their tools in the package.
The instructions are in broken english. Missing one key part. Customer service non existent. If you didn't properly adjust the bolt that controls how much force it takes to adjust the screen then you need to practically take it apart.
