The white stuff is like some sort of cotton and does absolutely nothing. Not effective to exfoliate. Box and contents were damaged.

The rotating brush is way to soft for a good scrub to your face. To receive a clearly used cleansing brush with build up and hair on the brushes and throughout the kit itself is was horrifying.
