Wiring is simple, although i had an electrician install them. Just wired it up and plopped right into place. Only thing that is a bit troublesome with the installation is the screw that holds the access panel on the back.

These are as simple as changing a light bulb to install. The bulbs have a lot of plastic surrounding them, but they are durable enough to survive many years. Ours is installed in an 8 foot pour basement.

The lights are bright, though cheaply made. Installed the lights almost 3 months ago and now the lights flicker. Now, one year later, the entire fixture is non-functioning. Certainly less than expected for led fixture.

The hinges that make them adjustable are extremely cheap. The faux heat sinks are plastic.
