Amino acids are essential, so i'm glad to have these. Works just fine. My workouts, gut health, and recovery are all tremendously improved by this supplement.
These folks sell the best and, i think, the cheapest. Give it a shot, the price is solid.
Mix it in small water or tea and guzzle, no big deal. I mix about two tablespoons with 20g of rice and pea protein powder, powdered greens, and stevia. While lmnt taste better without the eaas this is definitely more than just tolerable.

The taste is somewhat icky but that ok. It has the tart citrus taste as expected. Reasonable taste & packaging.
There is no certifying agency listed on the label, which is a must. Is this cut with something other than malate? It tastes like citric acid powder.
