Comfy and jiggly, didn't want to leave its welcoming arms. Soft but it's also supports the firmness i like. A tad firmer than i thought it would be, it's a good firm.
Easy control and massage is great. Love the vibration on feet and head has 3 mode. Price fits my nice mattress.

Base uses german engineered okin motor system. Adjustable motors are very quiet when raising/lowering the base. Remote has presets or lets you easily customize your preferred settings.
This 14 split king mattress is likely a bad bet for any side sleeper. The bed need 9v batteries which is not advised. This bed is extremely heavy and don't work after all this hassle.
It is silent, so you can put it completely flat and do your things. The remote is easy to use. If you press a random button to get the lights to turn on, you have 2 seconds to hunt for the button you really need.
Everything comes in separate shipments. While the beds are heavy and it was a bit of a chore for us older folks getting them in the house. No scratches, dents or tears on the boxes.
The only downfall is no side rails do to the mattresses move. Mattress is very firm. It's perfect not too firm and not too plush.

They want like $600 in freight and restocking fees to return it and in original box. The plug is so short i have to now buy an extension cord.
There are other issues with an inconsistently running massager. The mattress is junk.
