Withstands the high temperature for roasting a chicken, the gooeyness of a pasta bake and the marinating of a roast. Great for using on the stove before shoving in the oven.
Since it is enamel it cleans up nicely. Soapy sponge or brillo scrub.
The enamel is damaged. Already felt rusted in those spots. Hate the pan.
Food cooks very evenly. Lid fits perfectly. Cleaning is incredibly easy.
Used once and thrown in the trash. Milk sticks to the bottom the pan when left to boil. Lids are also defective as the screw holding the handle of the lid keeps coming loose and the washer under the screw has broken. They are not nonstick at all.
