This blanket is so cozy and warm. It gets incredibly warm on just the lowest setting, so i haven't used any of the other settings. My only complaint is, it's too hot on the low setting.

Can't seem to reach seller either. Still wouldn't start working again. Then reconnected it and tried a different wall socket. I hate working customer service too buddy.

Highest temp on the heat gun was 98. The wires are spaced quite far apart. It is also at the edge of the coils where you can see faint lines.

This blanket is soft and has fleece on the underside. The inside fleece is cuddly.

The function and aesthetics of the blanket are excellent. Love everything about this blanket so far, have had it about 3 wks. Love it. This blanket is a godsend.

Westinghouse sent a customer a message saying there was a problem with their order. Joshua didi says the message was deceptive and inappropriate. He says the blanket is a refurbished product and is not worth the price.

It doesn’t heat up evenly at all, there is next to no heat in the middle of the blanket. The entire outer edge gets luke warm, at best. The time part is like 2hrs 4 hrs 8hrs 10hrs.

Failed on first use and is outside the return window. Controllers are unresponsive and cannot be reset.
